Privacy policy

Your calendar stays on your device.

Last updated October 14, 2026

This is the whole policy. There's no long version.

What Airport Board reads

Airport Board asks for access to your calendars through Apple's EventKit framework, the same way the built-in Calendar app does. It reads today's events from the calendars you choose, so it can draw them on the board. It doesn't read contacts, reminders, location, photos, or anything else.

Where that data goes

Nowhere. Events are read from the device and drawn on the screen. Airport Board has no servers, makes no network requests, and keeps no copy of your events beyond what's on screen. Your settings (which calendars to show, which theme, 12 or 24 hour clock) are stored on the device only.

What I collect

Nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no crash reporting of my own, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. I can't see your calendar, your name, or that you use the app at all.

If you choose to share diagnostic data with developers in your device's privacy settings, Apple may send me anonymous crash reports. Those come from Apple, under Apple's privacy policy, and contain no calendar data.

This website

airportboard.tech is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Cloudflare may log requests as part of operating the service; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. The "buy me a coffee" link goes to a third-party site with its own policy.

Children

Airport Board isn't directed at children and collects no data from anyone, children included.

Changes

If any of this changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Given what the app does, I don't expect it to.
